Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shuno FM's mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Shuno FM ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

এই শর্তাবলী ("Terms") শুনো FM-এর মোবাইল অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইট (একত্রে "সেবা") ব্যবহারের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে, যা শুনো FM ("আমরা") পরিচালনা করে। অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, মেম্বারশিপ ক্রয় বা যেকোনোভাবে সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি সম্মত না হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে সেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

Shuno FM gives you 15-minute audio summaries of books, organized by category (Productivity, Business, Marketing, and more) and by author, so you can learn a book's core ideas in a fraction of the time it takes to read it.

শুনো FM আপনাকে বইয়ের ১৫ মিনিটের অডিও সামারি দেয়, যা ক্যাটাগরি (প্রোডাক্টিভিটি, বিজনেস, মার্কেটিং ও আরও অনেক কিছু) এবং লেখক অনুযায়ী সাজানো, যাতে বইটি পড়তে যে সময় লাগত তার তুলনায় অনেক কম সময়ে আপনি এর মূল শিক্ষা জানতে পারেন।

You must sign in with a valid email address to access the Service, using Supabase Auth (email/password or a one-time code). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when creating your account.

সেবাটি ব্যবহার করতে আপনাকে একটি বৈধ ইমেইল ঠিকানা দিয়ে সাইন ইন করতে হবে, Supabase Auth ব্যবহার করে (পাসওয়ার্ড বা ওয়ান-টাইম কোড দিয়ে)। আপনার লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে ঘটা সব কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব আপনার। অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির সময় সঠিক তথ্য দিন।

Shuno FM offers a Free plan and paid Membership plans (currently 6-month and 1-year). Purchases are made only on our website via bKash — there is no in-app purchase. Paid access does not renew automatically: it ends at the end of your plan period, and you are never charged again without starting a new purchase or renewal yourself. Renewing or upgrading adds a new membership period to your account rather than cancelling your previous purchase, so your purchase history is always kept.

শুনো FM একটি ফ্রি প্ল্যান এবং পেইড মেম্বারশিপ প্ল্যান (বর্তমানে ৬ মাস ও ১ বছর) অফার করে। ক্রয় শুধুমাত্র আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে bKash-এর মাধ্যমে করা যায় — অ্যাপের ভেতরে কোনো পারচেজ অপশন নেই। পেইড এক্সেস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নবায়ন হয় না: প্ল্যানের মেয়াদ শেষ হলে এক্সেসও শেষ হয়ে যায়, এবং আপনি নিজে নতুন করে না কিনলে বা নবায়ন না করলে আর কোনো চার্জ কাটা হয় না। নবায়ন বা আপগ্রেড করলে আপনার আগের ক্রয় বাতিল না হয়ে অ্যাকাউন্টে নতুন একটি মেম্বারশিপ মেয়াদ যুক্ত হয়, ফলে আপনার ক্রয়ের ইতিহাস সবসময় সংরক্ষিত থাকে।

Access to paid content is matched strictly by email: it unlocks in the app only when you sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. A different email will not have access, and changing the email tied to your access is a manual request to our support team, not something you can do yourself.

পেইড কনটেন্টের এক্সেস কঠোরভাবে ইমেইল অনুযায়ী মিলিয়ে দেওয়া হয়: চেকআউটে ব্যবহার করা একই ইমেইল দিয়ে অ্যাপে সাইন ইন করলেই কেবল এক্সেস আনলক হবে। ভিন্ন কোনো ইমেইলে এক্সেস পাওয়া যাবে না, এবং এক্সেসের সাথে যুক্ত ইমেইল পরিবর্তন করা শুধুমাত্র আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের মাধ্যমে করা সম্ভব, নিজে থেকে করা যায় না।

Since paid plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel" mid-term — your access simply runs until the end of the period you paid for. For details on refund eligibility, see our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.

All audio summaries, text, artwork, and branding on Shuno FM are owned by or licensed to Shuno FM and protected by copyright. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Audio downloaded through the app's offline download feature is for your own offline listening and may not be extracted, copied, or shared.

শুনো FM-এর সব অডিও সামারি, টেক্সট, আর্টওয়ার্ক ও ব্র্যান্ডিং শুনো FM-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত এবং কপিরাইট দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। আপনার মেম্বারশিপ আপনাকে শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য এই কনটেন্ট শোনার একটি ব্যক্তিগত, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স দেয়। অ্যাপের অফলাইন ডাউনলোড ফিচারের মাধ্যমে ডাউনলোড করা অডিও শুধুমাত্র আপনার নিজের অফলাইন শোনার জন্য, তা এক্সট্র্যাক্ট, কপি বা শেয়ার করা যাবে না।

You agree not to: share your account or login credentials with anyone else; copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform any content from the Service; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass any access control or content protection; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি: আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা লগইন তথ্য অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না; সেবার কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনর্বিতরণ, বিক্রি বা পাবলিকলি প্রদর্শন করবেন না; কোনো এক্সেস কন্ট্রোল বা কনটেন্ট প্রোটেকশন রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, স্ক্র্যাপ বা বাইপাস করার চেষ্টা করবেন না; এবং সেবাটি কোনো বেআইনি কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না।

We may add, remove, or change books, categories, features, or pricing at any time. We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for temporary outages or maintenance.

আমরা যেকোনো সময় বই, ক্যাটাগরি, ফিচার বা মূল্য যুক্ত, পরিবর্তন বা বাদ দিতে পারি। আমরা সবসময় সেবাটি সচল রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে বিরতিহীন এক্সেসের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না, এবং সাময়িক বিভ্রাট বা মেইনটেন্যান্সের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuno FM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

আমরা মাঝে মাঝে এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তন হলে এই পাতার "সর্বশেষ আপডেট" তারিখ পরিবর্তন করে জানানো হবে। পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার পরও সেবাটি ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়ার অর্থ হলো আপনি আপডেট হওয়া শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত।

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
