Request Account Deletion

Open the শুনো FM app and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Confirm in the popup that appears, and your account is deleted immediately. This works for every account, Free or Premium — there is no restriction that blocks it.

If you'd rather not use the app, email us or message us on Facebook with the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, listening history, saved titles, downloads, devices, and notifications. This cannot be undone. Your purchase/subscription history is kept for accounting and legal purposes, with the record no longer linked to your identity.
