Shuno FM sells fixed-term audio-summary memberships (currently 6-month and 1-year plans) on our website via bKash. Payment unlocks full access to premium content in the app immediately — there is no in-app purchase.

শুনো FM ওয়েবসাইটে bKash-এর মাধ্যমে নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদের (বর্তমানে ৬ মাস ও ১ বছর) অডিও সামারি মেম্বারশিপ বিক্রি করে। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই অ্যাপে প্রিমিয়াম কনটেন্টের এক্সেস চালু হয়ে যায় — অ্যাপের ভেতরে কোনো পারচেজ অপশন নেই।

Because membership grants instant access to digital content, payments are final and non-refundable once your subscription has been activated. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, partial use, or stopping use before your plan ends.

মেম্বারশিপ কেনার সাথে সাথেই ডিজিটাল কনটেন্টের এক্সেস দেওয়া হয় বলে, মেম্বারশিপ এক্টিভ হয়ে গেলে সেই পেমেন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। মত পরিবর্তন, আংশিক ব্যবহার, বা মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার আগে ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে দেওয়ার কারণে আমরা কোনো রিফান্ড দিই না।

Memberships do not auto-renew and you are never charged automatically. Your plan simply expires at the end of its term unless you choose to renew manually, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.

মেম্বারশিপ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নবায়ন হয় না এবং আপনার অনুমতি ছাড়া কখনো টাকা কাটা হয় না। মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে মেম্বারশিপ নিজে থেকেই শেষ হয়ে যায়, নতুন মেয়াদের জন্য আপনাকে আবার কিনতে হয় — তাই ভবিষ্যতের কোনো চার্জ বাতিল করার প্রয়োজন হয় না।

If you were charged twice for the same order, or believe a payment was processed in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction ID. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

একই অর্ডারে দুইবার টাকা কাটা হয়ে থাকলে, বা ভুলভাবে পেমেন্ট হয়েছে মনে হলে, লেনদেনের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ট্রানজেকশন আইডিসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। যাচাই করে ভুল প্রমাণিত হলে আমরা তা ঠিক করে দেব বা টাকা ফেরত দেব।

You may stop using the app at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining, unused portion of your plan.

আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন। তবে এতে মেয়াদের অবশিষ্ট (অব্যবহৃত) অংশের জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড পাবেন না।

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page.
